"How far is the property from the airport?"A:
St Lukes Villas are just 5.1 km, an approximate ten minute taxi ride, from the airport and about the same from the Queenstown Centre. Fares cost approximately $30 and $28 respectively.

"What are the nearest ski fields?"A:
The Remarkables Ski Fields, Coronet Peak and Cardrona Ski Fields are all within about half an hours drive from the property. All are easily accessible by car and regular busses travel there many times daily.

"Is there internet at the property? "A:
Both residences have wifi internet and the passwords can be found in the Welcome books.

"Am I able to play my own music?"A:
Yes. A Sonos wi-fi Sound System is installed and once you have downloaded the Sonos app to your mobile phone, you can play your own playlists in various areas throughout the homes.

"Will my property be safe if I leave the house? "A:
Queenstown is a very friendly town and both locals and tourists welcome new visitors. Both properties are fully alarmed for your peace of mind whilst on your stay.

"Do the facilities cater for infants?"A:
Baby cots and high chairs are available to all patrons upon request.

Each villa boasts a Bosch washing machine and dryer for your convenience.

Each villa features a fully equipped kitchen with dish washer and microwave. All cutlery, crockery, utensils and glassware are provided.

Each villa comes complete with:

- Sonos sound system

Each master bedrooms also comes equipped with a TV and DVD player.

Each villa comes complete with wi-fi internet access and a phone for local calls only.

"What level of privacy do the villas offer?"A:
The villas feature private, fully paved road access. Salting services can also be arranged for winter stays charged on a per service basis.

"Is there a concierge service available?"A:
Concierge services are available to patrons upon request (prior arrangements required).

"Will I need to bring towels or any other linen etc with me?"A:
Both homes are fully serviced with bath and spa towels, linen and toiletries (1 per stay basis) with more frequent services available at a per person charge. If your stay is short, the property will be fully serviced again once you have left.
